A new international trailer for Deliver Us from Evil hit yesterday…
The film is based on the book by Ralph Sarchi of his real life experiences as a Sergeant in the New York Police Department, working in the South Bronx. He patrolled some of New York City’s most dangerous slums on the midnight tour, making over 300 arrests and receiving seven medals. He also moonlighted as a demonologist, investigating haunted houses and demonic possession. Eric Bana stars as Sarchie in the film, with Edgar Ramirez, Olivia Munn, Sean Harris and Joel McHale.
As he begins investigating a series of disturbing and inexplicable crimes, Sarchi (Bana) joins forces with an unconventional priest (Ramirez), schooled in the rituals of exorcism, to combat the frightening and demonic possessions that are terrorizing their city. Deliver Us From Evil arrives in the US in July, and in UK cinemas on August 22nd.
