Writer found for remake…
The idea of a Gremlins remake has been kicking about for a while and now a writer has been tasked with bringing the remake to life. Carl Ellsworth, who recently collaborated on the Goosebumps script will be charged with the uneviable task of writing the remake. A much loved film – even if the film isn’t that great – it certainly resonates with a lot of people, its kind of like a gateway drug for horror films, gives you a taste and makes you go searching for something harder….but I digress. Speilberg and original writer Christopher Columbus are onboard as producers, not word on a director as yet.
