Dark Star Pictures will release the new gen z horror YOU’RE DEAD TO ME On Digital and On Demand on July 7, 2026.
Paying homage to genre favorites like Scream and I Know What You Did Last Summer with an unpredictable modern twist, the film stars Denise Richards alongside some of Hollywood’s fastest-rising young actors: Siena Agudong, Jessica Belkin, Ella Anderson, Conor Husting.
Logline: Three high school seniors skip prom for a secluded weekend party free from parents, school, and responsibility, but their escape turns terrifying when they learn one of their classmates has been brutally murdered.
YOU’RE DEAD TO ME had its World Premiere at FrightFest 2025, and was co-written by Sarah Howard and Terry Castle, who is the daughter of the legendary gimmick showman William Castle, director of THE TINGLER, HOUSE ON HAUNTED HILL and 13 GHOSTS. The film was directed by Juan Pablo Arias Munoz.
