It looks like Pumpkinhead is going to get a reboot…
The original film, a classic of it’s time produced by Dino de Laurentiis and starring Lance Henriksen and Jeff East, came out in 1988 and spawned a rash of really dodgy made for TV movie sequels produced by Brad Krevoy and the Motion Picture Corporation of America, with one not even making it that far and going straight to video. With a history like that, why not do a reboot? Well, according to The Tracking Board, the MPCA headed up yet again by Brad Krevoy is back to produce the rebooted series.
It can’t be any worse…. can it?
